Warranty policy

Atlancube hardware and service limited warranty

  • To ensure customer rights, please keep the purchase receipt as proof of purchase. In the absence of a purchase date proof, Atlancube will consider the manufacturing date as the warranty start date.
  • Do not try to open the product or let others do it. Also, avoid modifying, altering, expanding, or making any changes to the original design of the product. The manufacturer reserves the right to terminate warranty service in such cases.
  • A one-year warranty is provided from the date of receipt. If there is any malfunction or failure in the product caused by defects in materials or manufacturing, Atlancube will provide a complimentary replacement with a brand-new unit. Please provide the invoice (or proof of purchase) for PasswordPocket and submit a replacement request with photos/videos and a detailed description.


The one-year warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Warranty services for products bought from unofficial websites or authorized channels without proof of purchase, order number, or matching serial number can not be applied.
  2. Normal wear and tear, such as surface coating peeling or fading, on the appearance and consumable materials after use.
  3. Improper use, such as casing damage, drops, or breakage.
  4. Any damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, fire, or any similar factors.
  5. Natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and floods.
  6. This warranty also does not apply to second-hand or resold products.
  7. Device operating system versions not included in the support list are not eligible.
